The cancellation policy states as follows: A credit card will be taken at the time of booking and will not be charged until your arrival. Any cancellation, for any reason, within an eight day period will result in being charged for all the dates you reserved. The room was held, as requested, at the exclusion of all others. Other inquiries at that point are turned away. You as well have the option to rebook without loss of funds within one year, otherwise funds will be forfeited. Please understand this is a small business and cancellations effect us greatly.
All guest rooms are on the second floor accessed by the grand staircase. There is no elevator within the home. (During busy times a first floor owners quarters will be available at the $120/queen room rate. Check availability)
In keeping with the consideration of all our guests we will remain a pet free facility.
As a Bed & Breakfast, we do not charge the county’s 7% hotel sales tax, only the Pennsylvania state 6% tax that will be added to your room total.
As a small business, cancellations effect us greatly. We have held the room for you to the exclusion of others. You are responsible for your stay. Cancellations prior to two weeks of your stay will received 50% of the deposit. Within two weeks of your stay a 50% deposit will be issued if we can rebook the room, otherwise the deposit will be lost. We encourage rescheduling a later date to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Bed & Breakfast’s traditionally provide a back to the era ambience with period furnishings in a quiet respectful adult setting. For this reason, we welcome all quests 12 and over.
