There is a strict non-smoking policy throughout the home, this includes the rooms and exterior porches, however anywhere else on the grounds is permissible.  

Your room keys are unique to each room and were special made. They are reproduced or original skeleton keys. For this reason, replacement involves new keys being cut. There will be a fee for lost room keys of $30. Note: this is not intended to be income generating. This is my locksmiths fee strictly to replace the key. Please understand 

Special Occasion $30 buy up upon request to your room either upon arrival or at request. This includes a bottle red wine from North East local winery and half pound melt away chocolate from an one of Erie’s famed chocolatier, Romolos.
